Each year, we encourage employees to prioritise health and wellbeing by hosting Wellness Month. The series of fun and educational sessions range from Yoga and Self Defence to Zumba and Pole Dancing to keep staff feeling healthy and energetic.

This year, runners from our Manchester and Leeds offices took part in the Great Manchester Run, the largest 10k run in Europe. A team of 200 runners raised an £31,000 for Booth Centre, which offers advice, support and activities to local homeless people.

In partnership with Project Dirt, we make a difference by taking a half, or a full day, out of the office to help local community organisations, charities and environmental projects with outdoor, get-your-hands-dirty tasks. It's a fun, team-building day out that has a positive impact.
