Dentsu Aegis Network realigns and unites social media agencies Tempero and ICUC under new icuc.social brand

11 April 2016: Dentsu Aegis Network today announces the rebrand of two of its leading social media agencies, UK-based social media management agency, Tempero, and Canada-based, ICUC Moderation Services, which will collectively be known and operate as icuc.social with immediate effect. This change creates one of the world's largest full service social media management agencies.

Tempero founder Dominic Sparkes will continue to lead his successful London-based team as icuc.social EMEA CEO, reporting to Tracy de Groose, CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network UK & Ireland, and working closely with icuc.social Global CEO and President for Brand Strategy, Keith Bilous, based in Canada.

The announcement follows an incredible start to 2016 with the agency achieving 100% pitch success in EMEA this year, and growing its client list that includes global brands such as Sony, L'Oreal, Thomas Cook, BBC and Childline.

Dominic founded Tempero in 2003, just as online communities became valuable to brands, and has seen social media evolve from simple forums to the unstoppable force it is today. Tempero was acquired by Dentsu Aegis Network at the end of 2014, to strengthen ICUC’s position in Europe and as a global leader in social media management.
